Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Hantrix Tech services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

• Continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates
• Terms are effective immediately upon acceptance

Our Service

Hantrix Tech provides a subscription-based hosted website service. When you subscribe you receive access to a fully configured, professionally designed WordPress website for the duration of your paid billing period.

What Your Subscription Includes:

• A WordPress login granting you full editing access to your website content and images.
• A professionally designed website from our library of 200+ designs.
• Domain connection assistance — you purchase your domain separately (~$10) and our team connects it for you.
• Team support via chat throughout setup and beyond.
• Go-live target of within 48 hours after domain connection.

Subscription Plans:

• Monthly Plan: $20/month — billed each month, cancel any time.
• Yearly Plan: $170/year — billed annually, saving over 29% compared to monthly.
• Domain registration and yearly domain renewal fees are purchased directly by you from your chosen registrar and are not included in the subscription price.
• If a subscription lapses, your hosted site will be taken offline. When you resubscribe, we will restore your site as it was at the time billing stopped.

Intellectual Property Rights

Your Rights as a Subscriber:

• Edit and update your website content, images, and text through the WordPress editor.
• Use your live website for commercial purposes during an active subscription.
• Request design adjustments via our support team.

Restrictions:

• You may not copy, redistribute, or resell the underlying website design or template files.
• You may not claim ownership of the original design or platform code.
• Access to the WordPress backend is granted for content management only, not for extraction or redistribution of the design.

User Responsibilities

As a user of Hantrix Tech services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate payment information
• Use services in compliance with all applicable laws
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not engage in fraudulent or harmful activities

Payment Terms

Pricing and Payments:

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified
• Subscription fees are charged per billing period (monthly or yearly) and cover access to the service for that period.
• Payments for the subscription plans on the Pricing page are collected via the payment methods we specify (currently Payoneer for direct purchases). We may add other payment processors in future.
• By subscribing you authorize recurring billing for the chosen plan until you cancel.
• Subscriptions typically auto-renew at the start of each billing period unless canceled prior to renewal.

Cancellation & Refunds:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
• Refunds for subscription fees are limited. Generally, fees already paid for a completed billing period are non-refundable, except where required by law or in limited circumstances described in our Refund Policy.
• Domain purchase fees (paid separately by you) are handled by your domain provider and are typically non-refundable.

Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to:

• Scheduled maintenance and updates
• Force majeure events
• Third-party service dependencies
• Technical issues beyond our control

We will notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

Limitation of Liability

Hantrix Tech shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business interruption
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for services
• Issues arising from third-party integrations

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to copy, extract, or reverse-engineer the website design or platform code.
• Using your hosted website for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Attempting to breach or circumvent our hosting security or access controls.
• Distributing malware, harmful code, or spam through your hosted site.
• Sharing your WordPress login credentials with unauthorized third parties.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms with:

• 30 days advance notice for material changes
• Email notification to registered users
• Prominent website announcements
• Updated effective date

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
